Mixing in a brand new coaching staff, 13 scholarship transfer players, and a handful of true freshmen early enrollees, the new-look Badgers have started putting together the foundation for what could be an exciting 2023 campaign. Wisconsin completed spring practice last week, wrapping up the 15th and final tune-up on Thursday.
